The Leadership Films
Deadline Digital was commissioned to produce 14 short videos introducing each of the members of the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board.
The large-scale project required the team to film leaders across West Yorkshire in places such as Wakefield, Leeds, Halifax and Huddersfield, spending nearly 60 hours filming.
The videos aim to show ‘the person behind the job title’ as well as highlight the work the Integrated Care Board is doing across West Yorkshire to improve the health and wellbeing of its citizens.
Using broadcast quality cameras, sound and lighting equipment, the team interviewed members of the board such as Chair Cathy Elliot, CEO Rob Webster and Calderdale Council Leader Tim Swift.
“What we wanted to do was to try and get across that, behind the titles, they were real people with different passions and motivations, but all with a common goal. Deadline Digital have been really good at meeting that brief.”

Working closely with members of the comms team at the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership, the Deadline Digital team met the brief and portrayed the key messages these films intended to communicate.
